We cook Cypriot food the way it is cooked at home, moussaka and pastichio layered and baked, shepherd’s pie slow cooked with lamb, and a vegan moussaka that gets ordered as often as the meat one. Everything vegan is labelled clearly, so nobody has to ask twice.
